Responsibilities
- Work under the guidance of experienced Journeyman and Master Electricians
- Gain hands-on experience and advance technical knowledge in residential electrical systems
- Contribute to the maintenance, repair, and installation of electrical systems
- Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and regulations
- Perform diagnostic tasks to identify and resolve electrical issues
- Manage material identification and quantities to optimize project efficiency
- Provide straightforward pricing and conduct safety inspections
Requirements
- 2-4 years of on-the-job experience as a residential electrician
- Driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Clean background check and drug screen
- Authorization to work in the United States
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Possess a growth mindset and always look to improve
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
