Residential and Commercial Electricity Instructor (Part Time)

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction in the basics of commercial electricity with emphasis on safety, mathematics, NEC 2020 code, electrical motors, controllers, and PLCs.
• Supervise students in hands-on trades tasks.
• Provide evaluation of students’ on hands-on activities.
• Test students’ knowledge of theory; maintain student attendance and grade rosters.
• Prepare curricula materials.

Requirements

• This is a part-time position, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:30PM to 10:15pm.
• The part-time instructor pay rate is $32.50.
• Base pay is $32.50/hr.

Qualifications

• 3+ years related work experience required.
