Summary and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first line of contact for all resident questions, inquiries, and/or complaints.
  • Remain calm when residents are frustrated or upset and always look for a win/win solution.
  • Ensure company standards are achieved with superior customer service.
  • Report to the Property Manager.

What you will need to be successful

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • 1+ years experience working in multifamily; experienced in Resident Services and/or Leasing; APM experience a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License.

Working Environment/Physical Demands

This role is intermittently sedentary but requires mobility (i.e., standing, climbing stairs, periodically walking around the property, etc.). This role also requires occasional movements such as pushing/pulling, reaching, stretching, carrying/holding (up to 20 lbs.) etc. Will use repetitive hand-wrist motion while using computer and writing. Must have normal range of vision to read and complete applications, leases, general paperwork and handle computerized duties; hearing and speech to communicate with residents, vendors, supervisors, and coworkers on the telephone or in person on a regular basis. Works in a typical office setting with daily exposure to outdoor environment (i.e., heat, cold, damp, rain, snow, etc.) when walking the community.

Pay

Pay starts at $17/hour. Pay may increase depending on experience.

Schedule

Onsite; fulltime; hourly; Monday - Friday; 8:30am - 5:30pm are the typical hours with possible overtime, but not guaranteed.
