Resident Services Manager

About the role

We are currently seeking a full-time Resident Services Manager for one of our apartment communities in Lebanon, TN. This position offers an excellent opportunity to join a growing and dynamic company with a strong future and a promote-from-within culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide an open and welcoming environment for residents, prospective residents, guests, and vendors to promote maximum resident retention.
• Acquire a broad knowledge of the community and the surrounding area.
• Prepare and maintain a log of resident issues and services provided.
• Aid residents with lease violation issues under the direct supervision of the Property Manager.
• Prepare and deliver move-in and renewal gifts.
• Promote a strong sense of community by helping to connect residents to one another.
• Develop and maintain a strong and healthy identity for the property.
• Cook up and oversee all resident events, aiming for at least one event per month.
• Manage social media and engage in reputation management.
• Promote the property through monthly newsletters and the Kingsley platform.
• Address resident concerns via the Kingsley platform within 24 hours.
• Greet, tour, and lease to prospects as well as respond to any leads that come in.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one year of management experience and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a high-energy, upscale environment. A strong understanding of the resident population and the property is essential. The ability to work evenings and weekends, along with respectful, patient, and consistent behavior, is also required.
