About the Role
Join our team as a Resident Services Manager, providing leadership and support to departments such as Resident Services, Community Resources, the Volunteer Program, Wellness, Fitness/Aquatic Center, Community TV, Pastoral Ministries, and Intermissions. Create and offer opportunities for resident engagement and enhanced quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Support the successful integration of person-centered, strengths-based programs and services for all residents.
- Develop and maintain a consistent and qualitative needs assessment of the population, providing high-quality responses to those needs.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and facility regulations and policies.
- Support independent living residents, promoting their social, psychological, emotional, physical, intellectual, and spiritual needs.
- Recruit, hire, supervise, train, and support high-quality staff in each division of Resident Services.
- Participate in the Welcome Home Representative program to establish relationships with new residents and ensure their successful integration into the community.
- Coordinate services to residents through appropriate staff committees and departmental meetings.
- Reinforce positive employee relations, ensure standards of appearance are met, and foster an engaged workforce.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Healthcare experience preferred.
- Passion and desire to work with the elderly; understanding of the aging process and the physical, psychological, and social needs of residents.

Pay
Starting at $80,000 - Maximum at $90,000 annual salary, based on experience.
Schedule
Monday - Friday from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional weekends.
