About the role
The Resident Services Coordinator I at Mercy Housing will establish and maintain community partnerships, linking residents with needed services and resources.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate outcomes of programs and services delivered on a regular basis as required.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of residents through needs assessments, community meetings, and other methods.
- Build a comprehensive list of community resources available to residents.
- Participate in and/or lead activities that enhance professional capacity and working relationships with partner agencies.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- One (1) year of experience in community development, social services, or related field.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience conducting community assessments, applying conflict management principles, and organizing community groups, events, or programs.
Skills
- Work collaboratively with others in a team environment.
- Demonstrate strong verbal, writing, and listening skills.
- Proficient with MS Office applications.
- Maintain confidentiality and obtain appropriate release of information as necessary.
- Able to work with individuals facing mental health, disability, substance abuse, legal, and financial challenges.

Pay and Schedule
- $24.04-25/hour, dependent on experience.
- Early close Fridays (3 paid hours).
- Early close prior to a holiday (3 paid hours).
- Flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of residents and staff.
