Primary responsibility for assisting residents and coordinating requests with the property management team. Oversees community appearance, marketing support, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for all resident-related inquiries.
  • Coordinates and assists with resident requests by entering work orders into YARDI.
  • Answers resident questions and resolves concerns with courteous, professional, and prompt responses, ensuring follow-up through resolution.
  • Assists in inspecting model and vacant homes to ensure readiness for prospective client tours.
  • Administers move-in lease documents and home inspections with residents.
  • Coordinates notice to vacate, pre-inspections, move-outs, and final inspections, including assessing damages and delivering final utility bills (where applicable).
  • Monitors rental account balances and ensures accuracy of fees and rent charges in Yardi.
  • Assists in maintaining community curb appeal, including the office, amenities, model homes, and overall community appearance.
  • Conducts follow-up calls to residents to confirm work order completion and satisfaction.
  • Performs additional duties as needed to support the Community Director, Community Manager, or Leasing team.
  • Participates in monthly site functions to assist in resident retention.
  • Drives a Company or personal vehicle to conduct business more than 50% of the time.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related discipline preferred.
  • Experience with computers and office software (Email, Word, Excel, internet browsers).
  • Previous sales experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work in all weather conditions when showing homes.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate professionally with individuals at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High degree of professionalism, responsibility, and integrity.
  • Ability to resolve problems independently and proactively identify client needs.
  • Reliable, self-motivated team player with strong attention to detail and business literacy.
  • Daily use of technology platforms required.
  • Basic understanding of safety practices.
  • Valid, in-state Driver’s License required.

Pay

Hiring range: $23.59 – $27.25 per hour, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. Eligible for performance-based bonus. Final salary determined by geographic location, skills, education, licenses, certifications, and experience. Pay equity is prioritized.
