About the role
The Resident Service Coordinator/Leasing Consultant plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to residents and prospective tenants. This position involves managing tenant relations, handling maintenance requests, and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Handle tenant inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Manage maintenance requests and coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with all housing policies and regulations.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents and landlords.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in customer service or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Qualifications
- Experience in property management or similar industry.

Pay
