Resident Service Coordinator-Campbell Village
About the role
The Services Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the daily operations and enhancing the quality of life for residents at the property. This position involves developing and implementing supportive services, serving as a liaison with external agencies, organizing community events, and assisting with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Develop and provide supportive services at the property
- Implement and advise on overall service needs of the project and community
- Plan and conduct after-school programs for resident youth
- Establish and work with residents' groups to foster positive community relations
- Advise the Property Manager on service and recreation needs
- Assist with office duties as needed
- Evaluate service programming as necessary
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in supportive service areas
- Experience working with low-income families, children, youth, seniors, and individuals with disabilities preferred
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Able to work effectively with multicultural and multilingual populations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with planning activities and locating external support services
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Knowledge of community resources and services
