About the role

Select Physical Therapy is seeking a Resident Physical Therapist for their APTA-accredited, 12-month Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency Program in Northern California. The program is designed to enhance clinical expertise through structured mentorship, hands-on learning, and advanced orthopedic training.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Requirements

• Full salary and benefits maintained throughout the program

• 150 hours of 1:1 clinical mentorship with patients at your home clinic
• 10 hands-on skills labs focused on exam and treatment techniques

Pay

$105,000 up to $125,000 annually (commensurate with experience) + Up to $20,000 Sign On Bonus + $350 Monthly Student Loan Repayment Assistance + NPTE Prep Course Provided For All New Grads
