Responsibilities
- Aid guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally.

- Post guest charges, collect payments, and handle cash transactions.
- Manage guest mail and messages with confidentiality.
- Stay informed about hotel policies and special offers.
- Communicate guest feedback to relevant departments and management.
- Respond to calls, lobby visitors, and assist team members.
- Be knowledgeable about hotel safety and emergency procedures.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in hospitality or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Variety of shift work required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
