Responsibilities
- Provide patient care activities within the scope of clinical privileges commensurate with the level of training, under the supervision of attending physicians.
- Attend clinical rounds and seminars.
- Complete medical records in a timely manner.
- Adhere to all requirements defined by the accrediting body of the program (ACGME or CPME) and hospital requirements for residents.
- Remain in compliance with specialty-specific milestones per level of training.
- Fulfill other responsibilities as assigned or required of all medical staff members.
Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited medical school or college of podiatric medicine.
- BLS certification within 60 days of hire and maintain current.
- ACLS certification within 60 days of hire and maintain current.
- For Family and Emergency Medicine Residents: PALS certification within 60 days of hire and maintain current.
