About the role
As a Resident Life Mail Clerk at Cedar Point, you'll provide mail services to all housing residents.
Responsibilities
- Process associate mail when delivered to the mailroom.
- Sort and alphabetize flat mail.
- Check-in packages using designated software and assign stock number.
- Greet and serve associates collecting their mail.
- Answer questions regarding mail drop-off and pick-up.
- Make our guests happy by delivering amazing experiences and helping them create lifelong memories.
- Interact with different people of all ages and backgrounds.
- Gain skills, knowledge and experience that will benefit your future.
Requirements
- Ages 18+
- Good judgement and a commitment to safety.
- Ability to work and interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Passion and excitement about Cedar Point.
- Availability to include some weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
