Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver high quality, patient-centered care in accordance with the nature and specific requirements of the Medical Surgical department
- In collaboration with medical providers and other members of the care team, provide individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing models such as “Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.”
- Serve as an advocate for patients, families and caregivers and share in our organizational commitment to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes
Qualifications
- Authorization to Test - NCLEX-RN
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- NCLEX Examination Appointment Confirmation
- (RN) Registered Nurse must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
- Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree
- No Travel Required
