Resident Experience Specialist
for each section heading. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Also remove EEO Statement at end. Also remove link? The benefit overview includes a link for additional information; that's not boilerplate? It's a link to benefits; we could keep as part of benefits prose? It's not a list item; maybe we keep as
with link. But the instruction: remove application instructions. The link is not application instruction; it's for benefits info. Might keep.
We need to preserve all substantive information: The job overview includes many sentences about facility. We'll put that in a
under About the role.
Responsibilities: we have a big block; we need to turn into
- items. The responsibilities are separated by line breaks but not bullet. We need to parse into logical items. The text includes many responsibilities grouped by topics. We'll split at each new sentence that starts with a verb? Better to create list items for each distinct responsibility. We'll try to capture main bullet points:
- Assists residents with personal cares including but not limited to: Bathing/showering, Foot and fingernail care, Shaving, Dressing, Assistance with use of hearing aids and/or glasses, Hair care, Feeding, Toileting, Escorts 1-2 person transfers and use of mechanical lift
- Provides health-related services as directed: Assists with treatments per individualized care plan under the direction of the Registered Nurse (Includes blood glucose monitoring); Administers medication or assists with this under the direction of the Registered Nurse (includes insulin injections); Takes and records temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration under the direction of the Registered Nurse.

We need to ensure we don't lose any detail. Could break each bullet into separate
- but that may be too granular. The instruction: Use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. It doesn't forbid multiple sentences inside a li. We'll keep each major category as li.
Qualifications: "Required Qualifications less than 1 year If employed in state of MN and are under age 18 must be on the MN NAR registry". That's a bit awkward. We'll put as
maybe but it's a qualification list. Could make
- Less than 1 year of experience
- If employed in state of MN and under age 18, must be on the MN NAR registry
. That preserves.
Benefits: Benefit Overview: "Ebenezer offers a generous benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision plans, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, PTO and Sick and Safe Time, tuition reimbursement, retirement, early access to earned wages, and more! Please follow this link for additional information:http://www.ebenezercares.org/employee-benefits". We'll make a for the prose and then a
- for each benefit? Could also keep as prose. The instruction: Use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we should list benefits as list items. We'll extract each benefit: medical, dental, vision plans, life insurance, short-term disability insurance, long-term disability insurance, PTO and Sick and Safe Time, tuition reimbursement, retirement, early access to earned wages. Also "and more!" but we shouldn't invent. We'll list those.
We'll also keep the link as a
after list maybe.
Now ensure we don't include any boilerplate: EEO statement removed. Also remove "Compensation Disclaimer" because we aren't including Pay section. Also remove "Managed by Ebenezer."? That's part of job overview; we keep it in About the role.
