About the role
The Resident Experience Associate is responsible for enhancing the overall resident experience at VillageCare. This includes greeting residents, providing information about services, and ensuring a positive environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet residents warmly and provide them with information about available services.
- Ensure all residents are aware of their rights and responsibilities within the community.
- Facilitate communication between residents and staff to address concerns and improve satisfaction.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on best practices and policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or related field is a plus.
