About the role
The Resident Civil Engineer will oversee large, multidiscipline design projects during the construction phase, ensuring adherence to approved design, specifications, and contractual agreements. They will resolve issues promptly and drive the project through project closeout, ensuring successful delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.

What You Bring To The Team
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to contribute and work well on a team
- A minimum of 4 years of project experience in the AEC industry, demonstrating increasing responsibility
- At least 2 years of experience in project or construction management within a relevant industry, potentially concurrent with project experience
- Outstanding organizational strength, effective time management, and a keen attention to detail
- Demonstrated expertise in exceeding client expectations through project and construction management aptitude
