Job Summary

Step into something exciting—a brand-new Chartwells food service account with Lawton Public Schools, serving 14,000 students across 27 schools—where you’ll help build dining operations from the ground up! As a Resident District Manager, you’ll be at the center of it all: launching, shaping, and elevating a multi-site program that delivers fresh ideas, high energy, and exceptional service every single day. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintains the overall financial performance of the accounts to ensure profitability
  • Ensures consistent and fair administration of personnel policies
  • Manages planning, budget analysis, and reporting for the region
  • Participates in the sales process to grow the region

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and minimum of three (3) years of management experience, preferably in foodservice, hospitality management, nutrition or culinary
  • Well-versed in all aspects of foodservice management with a proven track record of success
  • Proven track record of leading a business and a team, strong customer service, and good business and financial acumen
  • Strong initiative, critical thinking, ownership, communications (listening, written, and verbal), multi-tasking, prioritization, and organization skills
  • Champions the inclusion mindset, and is proactive, positive, professional, and resilient
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and POS software
