Resident Care Supervisor - LPN

Essential Functions

• Communicate with residents and staff in English.
• Read and write English.
• Lift up to 30 pounds unassisted.
• Observe residents, hear emergency systems, and respond to verbal needs.
• Assist residents by turning, stooping, bending, stretching, standing, and using equipment.
• Respond to emergencies such as resident choking, evacuating residents and visitors during a fire, and pushing a medication cart.
• Use equipment competently.
• Multi-task and demonstrate leadership skills.

Qualifications

• LPN License required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• One year working in a care-giving capacity, prior medication management experience, and supervisory experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Required references and criminal record check.
• Annual Tuberculosis (TB) testing and Annual Health Assessment in accordance with New York State Regulations.

Pay and Schedule

The pay range for this opportunity is $26.00 - $29.00 per hour.
