Resident Care Night Supervisor

About the role

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Night Supervisor to lead the team at Eagle Crest South. This role involves supervising the overnight care team, ensuring residents receive proper care and treatment, protecting and promoting their health and safety, and respecting their rights.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the overnight care team
• Communicate with care teams and coordinate programs and services
• Ensure residents' health and safety
• Uphold the Mission Statement and Core Values of Bethany Lutheran Homes, Inc.

Requirements

• 3 years of Resident Care Assistant experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Supervisory/leadership qualities and abilities, time management, and assessment skills
• At least 21 years old and capable of responding to residents' needs
• Basic computer skills (e-mail, internet, Microsoft Office), experience with electronic recordkeeping preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Pay

Starting wages are between $20.00 - $23.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Increases upon orientation completion. Additional benefits include a $3.00/hr NOC, weekend shift differential, and on-call/pick-up incentives. Regular wage reviews ensure high performance!

Schedule

Available shifts include NOC: Sunday - Thursday, 11 pm - 7 am. Regular wage reviews ensure high performance!
