Resident Care Associate (RCA) - Assisted Living
About the role
Join our team at Eagle Crest North in Onalaska, supporting residents in our retirement and life community. You will primarily work with 42 residents in assisted living apartments and occasionally with 18 residents in memory care apartments. Our building also houses 70 independent living plus residents.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal cares and daily activities while helping them maintain independence and dignity
- Medication management
- Light housekeeping and a variety of other tasks
Requirements
- Previous direct care experience (preferred, not required)
- Certified Nursing Assistant training and/or experience (any State) (preferred, not required)
- CBRF Certification (preferred, not required)
Pay
Starting rate: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Wage review at six months. Additional incentives include night and weekend differentials, on-call, and call-in pay.

Schedule
Full-time and part-time positions available. Casual call option to build your own part-time schedule.
