Resident Care Assistant - RCA

About the role

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Resident Care Assistant to support the residents in their 12 memory care apartments in La Crosse, WI.

Responsibilities

• Absorb and assist residents with personal cares, daily activities while helping them maintain as much independence and dignity as possible
• Manage medication administration
• Perform light housekeeping
• Engage in various other tasks as needed
• Transport residents to meals and activities
• Document daily care activities
• Communicate and interact with residents, their families, and other departments to ensure a safe and well-being-focused environment

Requirements

• Previous direct care experience
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training and/or experience (preferred)
• CBRF Certification (preferred)

Pay

The starting rate is between $19.25 and $22.25 + per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Increases upon orientation completion.

Schedule

Available Shifts: Days of the week may vary and will include varied weekends and holidays. These positions enjoy every other weekend and every other holiday off!

Example Schedules:

• 6:45am-2:15pm; 7:30am-2:30pm
• 2:00pm-9:00pm; 3:45pm-11:15pm

NOC: 11:00pm-7:00am
