We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "About La Crosse County" and "Why Join La Crosse County?" etc. The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We need to preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions). Also remove "Equal Opportunity Employer Statement" and "Application Process". Also remove "About La Crosse County" maybe considered about the organization, not role. But we can keep as "About the role"? The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content accordingly. We have content: Overview (FLSA: Non-Exempt) description of resident care position, shift details, wage range, etc. Then "Essential Leadership Functions" (list of leadership competencies). Then "Essential Job Functions" (list of duties). Then "Related Job Functions". Then "Knowledge, Skills And Abilities". Then "Training, Experience And Other Requirements". Also "Physical demands". Also "Risk Exposure Categories". Also "Wage range is $17.06 to $20.89 plus shift differentials." Also shift schedule: night shift (10:30 PM to 7:00 AM) every other weekend and a holiday rotation. Every other weekend on night shift is Friday night and Saturday night. Additional hours are available! We need to decide sections: Could have "About the role" (overview), "Responsibilities" (essential job functions), "Requirements" (knowledge, skills, abilities, training/experience, physical demands, risk exposure), "Qualifications" maybe overlapping, "Skills" maybe separate, "Benefits" (WRS, insurance, PTO, work-life balance, DEIB), "Pay" (wage range + shift differentials), "Schedule" (shift details). Also maybe "Leadership Functions" could be part of "Requirements" or "Skills". But we should follow instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can combine. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /. Use

for headings,
  • for lists,

for prose. We must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can format as lists. We must remove boilerplate: Equal Opportunity Employer Statement, Application Process, maybe also "About La Crosse County" and "Why Join La Crosse County?" could be considered benefits? Actually "Why Join La Crosse County?" lists benefits: WRS, insurance, PTO, work-life balance, DEIB. That's benefits section. So we can keep that content under Benefits. "About La Crosse County" is generic description of organization; could be considered "About the role"? Might be okay to include as a brief intro under About the role. It's not boilerplate; it's substantive about the organization. We'll keep. We need to ensure we don't include headings with filler text. So we will only create sections where we have content. Let's outline:

    About the role

Overview: FLSA: Non-Exempt. This is a resident care position in the assisted living settings for Lakeview Health Center & Assisted Living of La Crosse County where there is an emphasis in person centered care and a home like environment. Employees are selected by and work under the supervision of the Assisted Living Supervisor. The position is for night shift (10:30 PM to 7:00 AM) every other weekend and a holiday rotation. Every other weekend on night shift is Friday night and Saturday night. Additional hours are available! Wage range is $17.06 to $20.89 plus shift differentials.

But we might separate Pay and Schedule later. However we can keep overview in About the role, then separate Pay and Schedule sections. Better: About the role: description of role (resident care position, emphasis, supervision). Then Pay section: wage range + shift differentials. Schedule section: shift details. Responsibilities: Essential Job Functions list. Requirements: Knowledge, Skills And Abilities + Training, Experience And Other Requirements + Physical demands + Risk Exposure Categories. Skills: maybe separate list of skills from Knowledge, Skills And Abilities? But we can combine. Benefits: from "Why Join La Crosse County?" plus maybe DEIB statement. We need to avoid duplication: The "Essential Leadership Functions" list is also substantive; could be part of Skills or Requirements. We'll include under Skills maybe. Let's extract each piece. First, "About La Crosse County" paragraph: "At La Crosse County, we are committed to creating a vibrant, safe, and inclusive community. Guided by our Strategic Plan, we focus on economic growth, environmental stewardship, affordable housing, and robust public services that enhance the quality of life for all residents." Second, "Why Join La Crosse County?" bullet list (though not formatted as list in text). It says: - Wisconsin Retirement System (WRS): A top-rated pension program. - Affordable Insurance Premiums: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage. - Generous Paid Time Off: Vacation, sick, and 10+ paid holidays annually. - Work-Life Balance: Flexible schedules and wellness programs. - Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, And Belonging (DEIB) At La Crosse County, we believe that diversity strengthens our community. We are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where all employees feel valued. We'll format as
    • . Third, Overview FLSA etc. We'll put that in About the role maybe. Let's decide sections:
