Resident Care Aide (Part-Time)(2nd shift) - Navion of Cotswold

Responsibilities

• Aid residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Bathe, dress, groom, toile, position, transfer, and assist with mobility and incontinence care
• Prepare and serve residents for meals and activities
• Clear tables after meals
• Respond to resident emergency calls
• Document and report any changes in residents' condition to the Resident Care Coordinator
• Communicate politely and professionally with residents and family members
• Transport residents as required

Requirements

• High School diploma/GED
• At least 18 years old
• Positive attitude and flexibility to perform various duties
• Team player with dedication to serving seniors
• Excellent customer service skills
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Good judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
