Resident Care Aide (Full-Time)(2nd Shift) - Manning Square

Responsibilities

• Aid residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Bathe, dress, groom, toile, position, transfer, and assist with mobility and incontinence care.
• Prepare residents for meals and activities, including serving and clearing tables.
• Respond to resident emergency call systems.
• Document and report any changes in residents' conditions to the Resident Care Coordinator or their designee.
• Communicate politely and professionally with residents and family members.
• Maintain required resident care documentation according to state regulations and Navion Senior Solutions policies and procedures.
• Transport residents when necessary.

Requirements

• High School diploma/GED accepted and may be required per state regulations.
• At least 18 years of age.
• A positive attitude, flexibility, and the ability to work in a team environment are essential.
• Dedication to and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
• The ability to make choices, decisions, and act in the resident's best interest.
• Written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with residents and family members.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
