About the role
The Resident Assistant at The Lodge will assist in meal preparation, washing dishes, housekeeping, laundry, and customer service. Essential duties include personal care service, medication reminders, and assisting residents in living their best life.

Requirements
Experience is preferred but not required. A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is preferred but not required.
Qualifications
Competitive wages and a comprehensive benefit package are offered. The position is full-time or part-time with 70 or 56 hours per two-week pay-period, respectively. Direct Care Aide compensation starts at $16.50 per hour, while Lodge Certified Resident Assistant compensation starts at $17.00 per hour, both aligned with internal pay structures and experience.
