About the role
The Residential Assistant will provide support to individuals in the program to meet their recovery goals. The RA will be responsible for enforcing house rules, administering medications, completing random room searches, and drug screens in compliance with state regulations.
Responsibilities
- Enforce house rules

- Complete random room searches
- Conduct drug screens in compliance with state regulations
Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Certified Recovery Support Worker (CRSW) certification mandatory or willingness to obtain in one year.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to utilize technology provided to perform requirements of the job.
- Exercise independent judgment and use discretion in the performance of job duties while operating within the limits of standard practice.
