Responsibilities

• Maintains and actively promotes effective communication with residents, patients, clients, and family members or personal representatives.
• Responsible for maintaining a positive image of the entity in the community, aligning with our mission, vision, and values.
• Perform care as directed by the Director of Nursing A/L.
• Promptly notify the on-duty Nurse of any change in resident status.
• Provide services consistent with the resident service plan.
• Participate in required initial and ongoing training programs and complete 15 hours of in-service training per year.
• Use proper body mechanics in the performance of all tasks.
• Only perform tasks in which training has been provided.
• Always practice standard precautions.
• Document services in an accurate and timely manner.
• Cooperate with scheduling to accomplish adequate coverage for resident services.

• Excellent communication and human relation skills.
• Ability to relate well to residents, patients, clients, and family members or personal representatives.
• Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment, make sound decisions, and exhibit flexibility when needed.
• Reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Completed documented proof of CBRF Training as outlined in HFS-83.
• At least 18 years of age.

Pay

$16.50–$18.30 per hour, with shift differential for PM and Night shifts.

Schedule

AM, PM, or Night shifts available.
