Resident Assistant/Providence Place

About the role

The Resident Assistant at Providence Place is responsible for providing hands-on support to residents, ensuring their safety and well-being, and participating in the activity program.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene and mobility.
• Encourage socialization among residents.
• Assist with the activity program; conduct activities as directed by the Activity Director or assigned by supervisor.
• Maintain an accurate record of resident meals intake, output and bathing record.
• Do personal laundry for residents.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
• Attends/Participates in monthly meetings as well as reads all pertinent resident information in staff communication log, daily progress notes and flow sheets.

Requirements
