Resident Assistant (PCA/CNA) - No Mandating!

Responsibilities

• Toileting and Bathing
• Dressing and Grooming
• Feeding Assistance
• Management of Dementia related behaviors
• Transfer and Mobility Assistance (including use of mechanical lifts)
• Medication administration and Treatments
• End of Life Cares
• Meal Preparation
• Activities
• Daily Housekeeping and Laundry

Qualifications & Requirements

• MUST PASS a DHS background study
• Ability to complete these tasks while providing a supportive and dignified environment in which our aging population can thrive
• All applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for consideration. Exception: Individuals under the age of 18 may be considered only if they possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Schedule & Compensation

• Flexible shifts, including 6:30AM - 2:30PM, 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM, 10:30PM - 6:30AM with rotating weekends
• Wages: Up to $21.00/hour based on experience, includes shift differential
