Pay Range: $19-$23.65 (non-exempt) based on location, experience, and qualifications

As a Resident Assistant
You will assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, toileting, and mobility.
You will support residents with meals, restorative care, and life skills, respecting their preferences.
You will encourage residents to engage in social, recreational, and wellness activities to enhance their quality of life.
You will assist in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment through housekeeping, laundry, and organizing resident spaces.
You will prepare, store, and serve meals, beverages, and snacks while promoting a positive dining experience.
You will monitor and report any changes in residents' health or emotional well-being to nursing staff.
You will welcome new residents and help them transition smoothly into their new home.
You will perform other duties as assigned to support the team and ensure exceptional care.

Additional Requirements
- Previous experience as a caregiver, personal care assistant, or similar role is preferred but not required
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal effectiveness
- Minnesota or Wisconsin CNA certification (preferred and may be required for some levels of assisted living)
- Ability to pass a state-required background study
- Physical ability to perform the duties required by the position
- Ability to read, write, and speak English well enough to communicate with staff, residents, and visitors
