Resident Assistant / part-time

About the role
The Resident Assistant (RA) supports residents with daily living activities and helps maintain their personal environment. The Resident Assistant (RA) provides observation and documentation. The Resident Assistant (RA) assists with onboarding of new Associates.
Responsibilities
- Support residents with daily living activities
- Maintain residents' personal environment
- Provide observation and documentation
- Assist with onboarding of new Associates
Requirements
- Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies
- Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statute
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to prioritize tasks independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to read, write, and communicate in English
- BLS Certification

Pay
$19.79 - $24.13 per hour
