Resident Assistant or CNA - FULL TIME 11-7AM

Responsibilities

• Know our residents and their families by spending time getting to know them.
• Understand our Successful Aging community's philosophy, culture, and its language.
• Build positive and supportive relationships in the community to enhance the community culture.
• Engage residents and connect with them in a genuine, compassionate, and memorable way.
• Support our residents' adoption of a successful aging lifestyle and celebrate their accomplishments and efforts.
• Provide services as scheduled for assigned residents, which may include helping with activities of daily living.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Must be able to safely wear required PPE including a respirator unless you received an approved exemption through company policy.
• Education: High School Graduate as a minimum. Certification as a nursing assistant (Certified Nursing Assistant) preferred but not required.
• Experience working with older adults preferred, and passion to support older adults required.
• On-the-job training provided.

Pay

PAY RANGE based on EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Minimum to Maximum: $16.00/hour- $17.75/hour
