Resident Assistant - NOC Shift

About the role

Dove Healthcare is seeking resident assistants (caregivers) for their assisted living residence in Orchard Hills, Eau Claire, WI. Part-time opportunities are available, including a holiday rotation.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal cares, medication administration, meals, activities, housekeeping, and general supervision
• Create a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment
• Make a positive impact in the lives of residents

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• A desire to help those in need
• Ability to work every other weekend and holiday

Qualifications

• Certified nursing assistant (CNA) or non-licensed caregiver
• Paid on-the-job training to become a caregiver
• Training in standard precautions, medication administration, CBRF fire safety, first aid, and choking

Skills

Desire to help those in need of assistance and the ability to work weekends and holidays.

Pay

CNA wages are offered for certified nursing assistants.
