Residential Assistant (RA)

The Residential Assistant (RA) is responsible for:

• Answering signal lights, bells, or intercom system to determine residents' needs.
• Aiding residents with specific needs involving their activities of daily living.
• Aiding with resident's laundry when needed.
• Completing light housekeeping duties.
• Maintaining the physical environment in a clean, safe, and pleasant manner.
• Performing other related activities as assigned or requested.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• One to three months related experience and/or training.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A current First Aid Certification or must obtain within 60 days of hire.

Pre-employment Requirements

• Physical Background Check.
• Mantoux (TB) Test.
