Resident Assistant II | Med Tech

Responsibilities

• Aid with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care and medication assistance and/or administration as allowed by state statute.
• Provide orientation/support to new resident assistants.
• May act as shift lead as established by community standard.

Requirements

• One year demonstrated experience as a caregiver.
• Current Med Tech Certification is required.
• Completed other state-required education classes according to statute.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of medication administration.
