By finding common ground and embracing our differences, we grow stronger together and deliver more compassionate, person-centered care. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other status protected by federal, state, or local law. We need to remove EEO boilerplate, navigation, legal, etc. So we should drop the "Our Commitment ..." and the EEO statement. We need sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include only sections with real content. We have description: includes overview, position summary, etc. Could be "About the role". Then responsibilities: list of duties (principal responsibilities). Then requirements: education requirements, must be able to, etc. Could be "Requirements". Qualifications maybe overlapping; but we can combine. The instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can have About the role (overview), Responsibilities (list), Requirements (education + must be able to). Pay: we have pay range. Schedule: we have shift (Evening Shift) and hours (3p-11p). Benefits: not mentioned besides maybe "Our Commitment" but that's EEO; no benefits. So we omit Benefits. We must not repeat job title as heading. The page already shows it, so we don't add heading for job title. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from description, responsibilities, education requirements, must be able to, pay range, shift. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to remove duplicated lines. There's some duplication? Not obvious. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's extract content. First, description paragraph: "Resident Assistant (Aide) Glen at Hiland Meadows- Memory Care Full Time Evenings (3p-11p) You can make a difference as a resident assistant in our enhanced assisted living or memory care community where we don't just provide care—we create a home, where every resident is embraced like family, supported with compassion, and surrounded by warmth, comfort, and connection. Our community focuses on promoting resident independence while providing support with activities of daily living in a warm, homelike environment." We can treat that as About the role prose. Then "Position Summary: The Resident Assistant, or RA, is a caregiver providing assistance to residents under the supervision of the LPN and/or RN. Resident Assistants provide compassionate care that is respectful of each resident's needs, values and wishes." Could also be part of About the role. Then "Job Specific Competencies Principal Responsibilities: Core Competencies: Supports the Trinity/SPHP Vision, Mission, Values in all encounters with residents and families Adheres to the SPHP Code of Conduct Demonstrates accountability as an individual and team member in meeting basic resident and family needs Clinical Competencies: Resident Assistants provide the following nursing services under the supervision and direction of an LPN or RN across the continuum of care at SPHP. Help with light housekeeping and meal service as needed to maintain a safe and clean living space. Participate in team meetings and communicate/collaborate with coworkers and supervisors. Promote a warm, friendly, and respectful environment." We need to turn these into a list under Responsibilities. Then "Education Requirements: Must possess patience, empathy and a genuine desire to help others High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous experience in senior care, health care or assisted living preferred, but not required" Then "Must be able to: Ability to follow care plan and safety protocols Working knowledge of computers including electronic health record, checking email, and preforming required in-servicing, along with use of other required applications Have the physical, visual and auditory ability adequate to perform resident care Maintain composure and positivity in a high stress environment Promote physical, cognitive, and psychosocial well-being of each resident Work with residents in a highly personal manner during stages of acute and chronic illness" We could combine Education Requirements and Must be able to into Requirements section, maybe as a list. Pay: "Pay Range: $17.50 - $19.20 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location." Schedule: "Employment Type:Full time Shift:Evening Shift" plus the earlier mention "Full Time Evenings (3p-11p)". So schedule: Full time, Evening Shift (3p-11p). We'll include that. We need to avoid duplication: The description already includes "Full Time Evenings (3p-11p)". We'll include schedule details.
