Resident Assistant - Eves Part-time
About the role
Join our team and support social interaction, community connection, support, and care for our residents. As a Resident Assistant, you will care for residents with compassion and dedication, building meaningful relationships and assisting with daily living activities.
Responsibilities
- Support residents with daily living activities
- Maintain residents' personal environments
- Provide observation and documentation
- Assist with onboarding of new Associates
Requirements
- Complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies
- Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statute
- Manage multiple priorities and tasks independently
- Able to communicate effectively
- Read, write, and communicate in English
- Hold BLS Certification
Qualifications
- Confident, detailed, and self-sufficient personality
- Non-profit senior care organization experience preferred

$19.38 - $22.51
Schedule
Part-time, 2 pm - 10:15 pm with every other weekend
