About the role

Join our team of compassionate and dedicated professionals who support social interaction, community connection, support, and care for our residents. As a Resident Assistant, you will provide assistance with daily living activities, maintain residents' personal environments, observe and document, and assist with onboarding new associates.

Requirements

• Complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statute
• Manage multiple priorities
• Prioritize tasks independently
• Able to communicate effectively

Qualifications

• Able to read, write, and communicate in English
• BLS Certification
