Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor residents' health and safety, reporting any concerns to supervisors
• Engage residents in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation
• Provide companionship and support to residents
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of living areas
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements

• No previous caregiving experience required
• Ability to pass a background check
• Passionate about helping seniors
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills
