Resident Assistant

Capitol Lakes is hiring Resident Assistants (Caregivers) in our Assisted Living and Memory Support department to provide personal care assistance and support for residents in an individualized, professional manner, helping residents function at their highest level possible, and in accordance with each Service Plan. The Resident Assistant also assists with daily operational needs of the facility to ensure quality of care.

Schedule

• Full-Time PM Shifts (2:00pm-10:00pm)

Pay

$17.50 and up, depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance and support for residents
• Help residents function at their highest level possible
• Assist with daily operational needs of the facility
• Ensure quality of care in accordance with each Service Plan

Requirements

• Experience in caregiving/nursing field preferred
• Desire to learn, grow, and provide excellent resident care
