About the role
The Resident Aide (RA) plays a crucial role in providing services that promote resident independence, function, and overall quality of life in a supportive and caring environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Monitor and report on resident health and behavior
- Participate in shift handovers and ongoing care planning
- Support resident safety and security
- Follow established policies and procedures
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED is preferred
- Previous nursing facility experience is preferred
