Hiring Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences, Social Sciences, Education, or 2 years' experience working with kids.
- Pass a background check.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- At least 21 years old.

Qualifications
Responsible for providing a supportive environment for adolescents, teaching vocational and maintenance skills, and ensuring a drug/smoke/alcohol-free and violence-free workplace. Must be mature, emotionally healthy, have good judgment, and possess the ability to counsel young adults.
