Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall operation of the home, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
- Helping residents resolve issues and preparing them for a vibrant, independent life through life skill courses and good decision-making demonstrations.
- Cleaning rooms to prepare them for new moms, cooking meals, organizing donations, and making welcome baskets.
- Assisting with childcare and parenting skills.
- Maintaining a positive social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual living environment for pregnant mothers and their children.
- Tracking residents, visitors, and volunteers in the home.
- Preparing reports and maintaining documentation to keep the home running smoothly and professionally.
- Handling crisis situations or complex issues under the supervision of the supervisor.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED, with an Associate's degree preferred.
- A drivers' license, vehicle insurance, and a clean driving record.
- The ability to pass a criminal/child protection background check.
