Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall operation of the home, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
• Helping residents resolve issues and preparing them for a vibrant, independent life through life skill courses and good decision-making demonstrations.
• Cleaning rooms to prepare them for new moms, cooking meals, organizing donations, and making welcome baskets.
• Assisting with childcare and parenting skills.
• Maintaining a positive social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual living environment for pregnant mothers and their children.
• Tracking residents, visitors, and volunteers in the home.
• Preparing reports and maintaining documentation to keep the home running smoothly and professionally.
• Handling crisis situations or complex issues under the supervision of the supervisor.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED, with an Associate's degree preferred.
• A drivers' license, vehicle insurance, and a clean driving record.
• The ability to pass a criminal/child protection background check.
