Resident Advisor
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited program in an area of human services, which includes, but may not be limited to the following: psychology, sociology, political science, counseling, criminal justice, pastoral counseling, elementary/special education, or family therapy.
- OR High School Diploma or GED equivalent plus 2 years of experience in human service field.
- Driver's License is required.
Responsibilities
Within the framework of the Greystone Program, in accordance with its objectives and policies, the Resident Advisor provides various services and is responsible for the care and guidance received by the Greystone/Hillside residents. These services are provided under the supervision of the Greystone Program Director or appointed designee.
