About the Role
BAYADA's Nurse Residency Program offers one-on-one nursing care, flexible scheduling, award-winning simulation labs, and $1,200 nursing referral bonuses. It is the only paid, new graduate residency program in home care to earn ANCC accreditation.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include delivering high-quality care at home, participating in award-winning simulation labs, and receiving around-the-clock clinical support.
Schedule
After a 6-week training program, Nurse Residents have flexible scheduling.
