About the role

SSM Health is seeking a Family Medicine Residency Program Director/Physician to practice in Baraboo, WI. Flexible employment options are available with the option to split time across three roles: Family Medicine Residency Program Director, Residency Faculty, and Family Medicine outpatient practice. The outpatient schedule can be structured as 4 days a week or 5 days a week. The position is located 40 miles north of Madison in the scenic community of Baraboo, Wisconsin, known for its historic downtown, outdoor recreation, and cultural attractions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Family Medicine Residency Program Director, reshaping the residents' experience and curriculum in conjunction with the University of Wisconsin under new ACGME requirements
• Function as Residency Faculty
• Provide Family Medicine outpatient clinical care
• Lead scholarly activity initiatives
• Drive community engagement efforts
• Oversee educational and resident-driven Quality Improvement projects

Requirements

• 2–5 years of Family Medicine Physician experience highly preferred
• 2 years of Residency Program Director experience highly preferred
