Key Skills/Responsibilities

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 5+ years hotel/related experience, or 2-year degree with 3+ years, or 4-year degree with 2+ years Supervisory experience required
• Current certifications as required (e.g., HVAC, pool, electrical)
• Licensed to operate/repair boilers and chillers per local laws
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Calm under pressure
• Financial and arithmetic proficiency
