Education & Experience
Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner. Maintain regular attendance and high standards of personal appearance and grooming. May be required to work weekends, holidays, and be available for emergencies. Comply with certification requirements (Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, First Aid).
Experience in training, supervising, and motivating staff. Ability to evaluate and spot check work of staff and contractors.
