About the role

Join us at our summer camp in Resica Falls where we are seeking enthusiastic and experienced staff members to join our team. Our camp offers a variety of activities designed to engage and inspire young minds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate various camp programs and activities
• Ensure safety and supervision of campers at all times
• Collaborate with other staff members to plan and execute camp events
• Maintain a positive and inclusive environment for all campers

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Previous experience working with children
• Pass a criminal background check
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in outdoor activities and leadership

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of first aid and CPR
